The Center is comprised of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Cardiac Rehabilitation. We provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to both inpatients and outpatients. It is our aim to help people achieve their highest level of function. All of our departments work closely together to provide the very best of rehabilitation services possible. Our patients work only with licensed professionals who have high levels of experience. We make it our goal to assign patients to one particular staff member which allows us to closely monitor progress making necessary changes when needed so precious time is not lost. Each patient will have an individual treatment plan designed especially for them based on their evaluation results, patient/family goals, resources and discharge plans. Education is very important and begins on day one and continues throughout the rehabilitation program. Patients (and their families) need to understand why they are receiving rehabilitation services, what we can and can't do and what they need to do to improve their skills.
