Patient's Duties

In consideration of the previous information,
our patient is responsible for:

• providing accurate and complete information about present health complaints, past illnesses, and other matters relating to his or her health status and shall report unexpected changes in condition to the attending physician;
• following the treatment plan recommended by the patient's physicians and for following hospital rules and regulations concerning patient care and conduct;
• fulfilling the financial obligations relevant to his or her care; and
• being considerate of the rights of other patients, hospital personnel and visitors.
